Product Description
Our route guides are digital PDF documents containing driving directions, points of interest, and recommendations for travelling in specified regions of the United Kingdom. Purchasing
When you purchase a route guide:
- You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the guide for your own travel
- Delivery is via email to the address you provide at checkout
- You may download the guide up to five times within 30 days of purchase
- You may print the guide for personal use
Pricing
All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
Payment
Payment is processed securely by our payment provider at the time of purchase. We accept major credit and debit cards. Your card details are handled directly by our payment provider and are not stored by us.
Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all route guides. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days and we will issue a full refund.
As digital products, route guides are exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 once downloaded. However, our 30-day guarantee provides greater protection than the statutory minimum.
